excellent communication knows the markets very well works very hard for his clients
Jim has been my realtor since 2012. I have bought two and sold two homes with him. He is professional, organized, and on top of the whole process. I had moved out of the state so he took on a lot of responsibilities for the execution of the process. He was very responsive to any of the items that came up and there were no issues. 10/ 10 I would use him again and I would 100/10 recommend him and his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Cathy is great at advocating and communicating with all parties so that you are comfortable and well taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend.
