Real estate teams in North Canton

Gave a very detailed possible plan moving forward. Pointed out issues that could delay or even stop a potential sale. Provided the right kind of support and information and even had knowledgable contractors to help and move the sale forward.

Peggy took a lot of time with us and was very patient throughout the process. She was attentive to our needs and communicated frequently

This is the 2nd time she's helped me. She was very prompt with all the information I needed, kept me informed and updated on everything that was happening. She's very good at communicating with other agents and is very aware of what the market is currently doing.

Somebody available to communicate at all times. Advised on what was needed to sell the home quickly

Great communication & friendly service. Thanks!

Nancy and Meredith provided us with the best service as our real estate agents. They sat down with us to go over our wish list and then immediately generated a list of 19 houses that we hadn’t even considered. Of those 19 there were 5 worth seeing, one of which we purchased. Nancy and Meredith were there every step of the process. I would be pleased to work with them again and again. They are an efficient and effective team. We highly recommend them. Thank you!

Hope was so helpful, timely and insightful the entire time. Could not ask for a better realtor, top notch experience all around

Hope is very professional and efficient

We were on a short timeline to find a home and Hope went above and beyond to meet that timeline. Seeing houses late into the evenings or spending the entire weekend with us. When seeing houses, she would point things out that we didn't see, a stain in the carpet, a ceiling tile coming down, or a roof that would need replaced. She always listened to what we had to say, even when we were discussing aspects about a house. She was very attentive to us and would respond to us within minutes when we had questions or concerns. She would email us houses that fit within our budget and specifications of what we wanted. The compassion, empathy, and optimism she showed kept us going on those days we feared we would never find our home. When we found our home, she was by our side through the entire process. She was there for the inspection, the paperwork, final walk through, and finalizing it all. If you are looking for a realtor that cares about you, listens to you, makes you feel like family, is there for you through the entire process, Hope is that realtor.

Julie is the best - she is very knowledgeable and knows how to guide the process and manage the emotional aspect of the sale process with clear, concise and effective communication. Experience matters and she has it. I strongly recommend Julie and her team!

Katie knew the market and was patient . She wasn’t after the quick sale by wanting to lower the price frequently. She had great advice about showing the house and our opinion about the house was important to her .

What a great choice of realtor to sell our home. Julie and Katie are an excellent team. Very knowledgeable and patient with our little quirks. Kept us informed and provided ready knowledge as well as giving direction when needed. Spent most of our time with Katie who showed understanding of our decision to sell our home. She communicated at every turn. We felt comfortable with her and her team. Thank you CutlerRealty team! Chris & Sherry

Rhonda and Theresa are the best! Knowledgeable, prompt, patient, and caring are just a few attributes! I will always turn to them if I need anything else real estate related in the future, and will tell everyone I know to go to them! They juggle so much but still make the time for you like you are their only client! Top notch!!

When we decided to sell our home after 30 year's, we immediately thought of Teresa Allen because she helped us purchase the home earlier, and also was our daughter's agent when she purchased her home. Both were very positive experiences with her. So glad she was still in the real estate business. Teresa, as expected was wonderful to work with again. Concerning her team member Rhonda Albaugh, we cannot say enough good about the positive experience we had with her. She really took the "reins" to insure all the the details of the communications and details were handled timely and professionally. She was always available to keep us informed and up to date and to answer our questions immediately. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful to us which led to a timely and successful sale. No doubt about it, we will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jeff and Pam are an ideal team! Both are helpful and easy to work with! They have years of experience and knowledge of the housing market here. They have connections that bring sales and stats to back it up. This is the sale of the third home with the Worthington/Cutler name on the for sale sign - and it won’t be the last!

Pam and Jeff have strong market knowledge and are very responsive to our questions. Jeff did a great job taking pictures of our house, then more drone pictures were added later at our request. At the beginning, we were skeptical about the quick sale of our buyer's house and were very reluctant to accept a contingent offer from our buyer. But it turned out that Pam was right about the quick sale of our buyer's house. Their home actually closed BEFORE our home closed which was music in our ears. We are happy to have the house sold quickly . Thank you Pam and Jeff for your great customer service. Wishing you great success in future sales. Anh and George Burrowes.
