When we decided to sell our home after 30 year's, we immediately thought of Teresa Allen because she helped us purchase the home earlier, and also was our daughter's agent when she purchased her home. She really took the "reins" to insure all the the details of the communications and details were handled timely and professionally. Pam and Jeff have strong market knowledge and are very responsive to our questions. Jeff did a great job taking pictures of our house, then more drone pictures were added later at our request. At the beginning, we were skeptical about the quick sale of our buyer's house and were very reluctant to accept a contingent offer from our buyer. But it turned out that Pam was right about the quick sale of our buyer's house. Their home actually closed BEFORE our home closed which was music in our ears.
