She was quick to get us a showing and since we had not fully prepared to buy so soon, she worked diligently to connect us with an available loan officer that same day (on a holiday nonetheless, when all banks were closed!) so we could have a pre-approval in hand and submit an offer. She stayed up late through the bidding war, into the evening of the home inspection, and coached us on what to prioritize as we put our home up for sale. We have bought and sold a few time before, but this was hands down the smoothest process of anyone we have worked with. We would put every confidence in her if we ever had to buy or sell again and have already recommended her to friends looking for a realtor.
