Joel was initially the listing agent for the house that we bought. After meeting him and starting through the process (and knowing that we should have our own agent) we truly felt that he was fair, realistic and did a good job balancing both ours and the sellers' best interests. So, we just used him for the whole buying process. He has construction knowledge, knows the area, knows the process, was absolutely professional as well as down-to-earth, and very easy to ask questions to. He was always prompt getting back to us, even when he was out of the country! We then had him sell our house, which he did a wonderful job with. He would make suggestions, but was never, ever pushy. We think that he has the trifecta: construction experience & understanding, understanding of the real estate process, and finesse with people! It was a really good experience all the way around, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

She's honest enough to give you her real thoughts on a matter, but insightful and empathetic to keep you encouraged if a sale isn't going your way. She not only gives you her time, but gives of herself during the process. She also never makes the client feel like they are a bother or has any question too trivial. She sold us this house and then at our request represented us when we were ready to sell it many years later. She is an excellent agent and we count her as an excellent friend.
