As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

Due to no fault of this wonderful agent, our last sale was a challenge. In the midst of building our new home, moving into temporary living, and having a baby, our stress was maxed out.
