Jessica listened to exactly what mattered to me most in my home hunting and set up a perfect list of homes for us to look at. She set the showings up around my schedule and to my surprise knew a couple of homes we looked at was missing important areas to me before I noticed myself. Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional at negotiating and understanding the market no doubt about that. For me what set her apart from ever other realtor is how she made me feel that I was her only client and what I was looking for and areas I needed in my new home was as important to her as it was for me. I felt like a friend or family member was there with me and I’m extremely thankful for how she made me feel like we’re in this together instead of just a realtor doing her job.

Patrick was very easy to get along with. He has a wealth of experience in the game, and it showed. I was a first time home buyer and he helped me through every step of the process, attending to all of my questions. I feel he went above and beyond to get me to the finish line, helping me through negotiations even after closing. I always felt I was in good hands and felt secure that I had someone in my camp who knew what they were doing every step of the way. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking for an ally in their home search/selling.
