I relocated to Ohio from the West Coast and was on a time crunch to find the ideal home. To be exactly, I had three days of physical availability to look for a place. After conversations about what was desirable and what was non-negotiable, Dion found me a brand new house that was perfect and within my budget. He was instrumental in making sure I understood every step of first time home buying process. At my request, he referred me to a lender who worked seamlessly with me despite the distance. I was able to return back West knowing that Dion would take care of the details and keep me informed. I cannot imagine finding an ideal place in 72 hours if not for Dion's extraordinary knowledge of the real estate market.

Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!
