I have years of real estate experience but didn’t know the Portage Lakes market. I happened to meet Melissa at a Kiwanis event; knowing she was also a member of this old and venerable organization gave me some ease with her from the beginning. She performed a market analysis and discussed the pros and cons of various price points. After we agreed on the price and terms, she went to work marketing and it didn’t take long for her to produce several offers above my asking price. It closed with few bumps along the way. I would recommend her to anyone in her market!

We signed up with Kristen to both sell our current home and purchase our new home. Kristen went way above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. She never turned down any requests we had (and believe me there were many!) to look at homes multiple times, sometimes just to measure to see if we could make certain things work for us. She made my wife and I feel like we were her most important client. We both consider her a friend now! Our new home is better than anything we dreamed of and she was great in negotiating a great deal for us. She was tough when necessary but never pushy.
