I have years of real estate experience but didn’t know the Portage Lakes market. I happened to meet Melissa at a Kiwanis event; knowing she was also a member of this old and venerable organization gave me some ease with her from the beginning. She performed a market analysis and discussed the pros and cons of various price points. After we agreed on the price and terms, she went to work marketing and it didn’t take long for her to produce several offers above my asking price. It closed with few bumps along the way. The paperwork was all digital and she had it set up so that we just had to click the document and it signed our names. It was the easiest process. What’s not an easy process is the waiting you have to do, while your selling a home. The home inspections, the appraisals all of it are extremely anxious parts in the process. Melissa walked us through every step. There wasn’t a more prepared person for us that could have done better. We cannot wait to use her again when we purchase a new home. F
