I happened to meet Melissa at a Kiwanis event; knowing she was also a member of this old and venerable organization gave me some ease with her from the beginning. She performed a market analysis and discussed the pros and cons of various price points. After we agreed on the price and terms, she went to work marketing and it didn’t take long for her to produce several offers above my asking price. It closed with few bumps along the way. The hardest working realtor in the area. She was there for us 24/7 and always eager to go and look at any property, even if we found one outside of the portal she had set up for us. We would find a home and she would come back with two others in the area for us to check out, just to help us figure out what we liked and didn't like. She is fantastic at her job and an even better person, always smiling and happy to be helping you with such a large step in your life.
