When I went to make my first home purchase, Rich was my buyer’s agent. He helped educate me on all aspects of the home buying process and focus on the characteristics most important to me in a home. He then did a great job narrowing my search and navigating the inevitable speed bumps during the offer and negotiation process. When it was all over I was extremely pleased with how Rich handled the process. I was also quite happy with the other parties he introduced me to for lending and inspections. I will definitely use Rich (and now his team) again!
