Andrea is a fabulous agent. This was my first experience buying a home, and I had alot of anxiety and lack of knowledge about the process. She was able to guide me step by step through the process easily. Her knowledge and support were extremely helpful. I will forever be grateful that she helped my find the home of my dreams and smoothly guide me through the process from start to finish. She was friendly, always available and very knowledgeable.

Tony is an example of what everyone wants in a realtor. His extensive experience and knowledge of not just the housing market, but the renovation and construction of homes, makes him a very valuable resource. What really sets him apart is how he applies his skills to your own case, and truly does the absolute best he can to help you make a good decision. He will never try to sell you a house that he knows has problems, and he’ll suggest things that could be fixed much more easily than they may seem. It’s plainly obvious that he puts his interests last, oftentimes to his detriment. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at, but Tony somehow kept on, and did his best to find me a home. At the end of it all, I couldn’t be happier with the result. He walked me through all the fine details, made sure I knew what to do with my utilities and my payments, and generally just helped a first time home buyer figure it all out. I’m incredibly grateful to Tony for his work, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.

Medeanna was great. She is above the standard

Maureen Downey cheerfully and professionally communicated with us from out of state, resulting in a successful relocation back to the Cleveland area for which we are grateful and quite content. Using both electronic and personal (the good old fashioned phone) communication, Maureen aided and assisted us in the process and even responded to us while cheering in the streets downtown with the rest of the excited Cavs fans! We highly recommend using Maureen to help you in your potential relocation.
