After conversations about what was desirable and what was non-negotiable, Dion found me a brand new house that was perfect and within my budget. He was instrumental in making sure I understood every step of first time home buying process. At my request, he referred me to a lender who worked seamlessly with me despite the distance. I was able to return back West knowing that Dion would take care of the details and keep me informed. I cannot imagine finding an ideal place in 72 hours if not for Dion's extraordinary knowledge of the real estate market.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.
