I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Kristen was a dream to work with while selling our home. She got the ball rolling, we lost track of how many showings there were in the first couple weeks (!!!), and she kept us informed regularly through the entire process. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!

Please note Matt Toth is currently with Real of Ohio. Matt is a knowledgeable agent. We would use him again. He was very accommodating and arranged a 3-hour successful open house on short notice. Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.

Jayme pulled off a sale on our old house and new purchase house but there were CHALLENGES;By the grace of God we closed on the sale of our old home and the new home purchase within a day of each other. The definition of seamless is an understatement. Jayme is has a blue collar mentality, and what I mean by this is that he is a grinder. He wont stop until he succeeds. Zero realtors will ever out work Jayme. Side note, he has done multiple deals for us and including other family members. All have been successful.
