She's awesome! Highly recommend. Walked us through everything, knew the process and how to help us get through it easily. She knew the neighborhood and value of the home, I thought we'd sell low and Mary went high and she was RIGHT! She maximized the return on our house.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

John did a great job through the whole purchase process. From helping to guide me on making an offer based on the market, the area, and the features through closing, John was accessible every step of the way. More importantly he was always available to answer my questions (and there were many). If I didn't get a hold of him on the first try he always returned my call quickly - always the same day.
