Loren was very responsive, he kept us in the loop as far as what was going on with the property. Would highly recommend him.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Stephanie came highly recommend from a colleague and she did not disappoint! She is quick to communicate, flexible with scheduling house tours, and ensured our needs and wants were prioritized while hunting for our first home. She is professional, extremely approachable, and easy to work with. I would (and plan to) recommend her to friends and family in need of selling or buying their house. I would give her 10 stars out of 5 if possible!

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

Amy was very helpful, showed us multiple properties at our convenience and helped guide us every step of the way. Amy answered all of our questions and helped us find a place that fit our needs. Amy is also up front and honest.

Kristen was a dream to work with while selling our home. She got the ball rolling, we lost track of how many showings there were in the first couple weeks (!!!), and she kept us informed regularly through the entire process. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!

Steven was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was there for my husband and me every step of the way, making us comfortable throughout the home buying process. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market looking.
