I was driving for 5 hours and would arrive at my destination until well after the cut off time. Sarah was creative in providing the details and documents via email and my wife would read the contract to me while driving. With lots of questions and comments between Sarah my wife and I we were able to get our offer submitted with 15 minutes to spare of the deadline. Sarah's hard work and quick response through the entire process from the first time we spoke until the day of closing and after she was and still is very helpful, pleasant and responsive.
