Working with Chase is always a pleasure! He is an excellent communicator, always looking out for his client's best interests, and the guy to get the job done. If you're seeing this and thinking about choosing him to be your agent- you should!

We've used Jen to buy twice and sell once and have loved our experience. She took time to get to know what we needed and helped us find suitable properties. She's quickly accessible, eager to help with even the small things to make it all go smoothly, and has a good rapport with local lenders to make that part a little easier. Thanks, Jen!

Kim was very thorough, and God knows I dragged her to many houses and she didnt stop until we found the right fit. Very greatful.

Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!

Katie is the best agent ever. Katie always goes the extra mile to make things happen. No matter what is going on she always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Katie Crocco to anyone that is wanting to sell their home. You will not be disappointed if you make Kati your agent. Great job Katie!!!!
