I never felt rushed or pressured in any way however she was very thorough in her information on the pros and cons of selling with and without an agent. When I did list with her in 2010 and again in 2011 she was always very respectful of my wishes, understanding my unique situation she was always willing to advise me but never pressuring me to lower my price. During this time she also willingly and patiently showed me many homes though she knew I was not ready to buy until my home sold. I found Robbin to be both aggressive in her approach and sensitive to my timing. I will definitely call on her in the future.

As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.
