My experience with Pat Kearns-Davis was nothing short of amazing. I had never met her before, but was referred to her by a friend who also had an amazing real estate transaction with Pat. Pat gave me good and honest advice, she assisted me with getting my house ready for putting on the market, she followed through on every thing that she said she would/could do and more. I feel that she catered to my needs and although my property is a tiny starter home, I feel that Pat provided me with the same service as though it were a mansion. I can comfortably recommend Pat Kearns-Davis to anyone who is looking for a realtor who has the customer's best interest in mind.

We were looking for a house within a small time frame and after the first phone call was made to Mr. and Mrs. Davis, they became laser focused on meeting our expectations. They provided several houses that matched our needs (large kitchen space, fireplace etc). The two best attributes I will continue to praise is their attention to detail and availability. Regarding attention to detail, we often overlooked things during the showings that the Davis' readily brought to our attention to consider before purchasing. Examples include foundation potential issues, electric panel wiring concerns, neighborhood pros and cons to consider and floor plan considerations. We called and/or text the Davis' through the week day and night regarding questions, showings etc and they would always respond back in a timely manner with an answer. I would highly recommend Elton and Sonja Davis to help you find your next dream house! We love them so much, we still keep in contact with them and ask their opinion about home expansion plans we have.
