Working with Shufen is a godsend especially since it is my first time buying a house as an investment, so my nerves were at all-time high. Thankfully Shufen was able to guide me through the process and make it seamless through simple instructions from her years of experience. One thing she does well, which a lot of people take for granted, is that she is a person who takes her vow as a fiduciary seriously, very stark contrast to many agents whose intentions and loyalty align with their company and themselves. She is someone I can call at any hour and would answer the phone to address my concerns. Despite juggling many clients, she made me feel like a priority, going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She’s a fierce negotiator who fights for your preferences, no matter your budget. Even after closing, she continued to check in, asking how I was settling in and even offering free furniture she’d sourced from other clients.
