Her comps of the area really helped me understand the amount to list my home for. She has a very direct communication style and will tell you exactly what you need to hear whether you want to hear it or not. She has a lot of contacts and uses social media/videos/photos and flyers to sell your home. My home sold in four days once she listed it. She genuinely cares and really wants to help you sell your home or purchase a new one. She went above and beyond and I wish I had found her sooner. She is an expert in the field and you won’t be disappointed. What I liked best was that Barb gave me advice and didn’t just say I’ll do whatever you wan do and leave everything up to me. She definitely guided me through the process. Barb is definitely your go-to realtor!
