Judith listed our house for us, and we were under contract in a week. She has a great reputation in our community and was recommended to me by our mortgage broker. She was also our buying agent. She got us in to look a house before it even hit the market, knowing it was in a neighborhood we wanted and in our budget. We loved the house and offered, and just closed yesterday. She really hooked us up by working it out so we could move into our new home before the keys to our new home are handed over. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Deb does a wonderful job of managing all of the people involved in an otherwise overwhelming process. The sellers, lenders, title company, anyone involved in the process. There was no compromise on everything we wanted and she was willing to continue to work with us for as long as it took to find our dream home!
