From start to finish, Dave broke down every detail of his process and his transparency in doing it was refreshing. You can tell immediately that he has been doing it for years and trust his process because it absolutely works! I will always recommend him when referring friends and family. Thanks Dave !

Working with Jan Kanas on the sale of our condo was a fantastic experience. She took the time to understand the property and was quite knowledgeable about Bexley, including neighborhood businesses, schools, and recreational opportunities. Her market knowledge was impressive, as she guided us through the process with patience and clear explanations. Our situation was especially complex because we were living outside the US during the time the condo was on the market. I definitely recommend Jan Kanas for anyone looking for a dedicated, professional, and effective real estate agent.

We have had the pleasure of working with Regina over the past five years. Initially, we needed a short time rental, she located one quickly. Then wanted to purchase a new home with specific requirements. Regina located several options and again in a short timeline she found the perfect condo in a great community. Recently, it was time to retire and we needed to sell our wonderful condo. Met with Regina on a Sunday worked out all the particulars. Tuesday we scheduled photos and video. Thursday listing went live and Friday began showings. Sold ?? . Regina’s suggestions, pricing and marketing were all right on Target. She was available at all times to answer every question and knew how to maneuver the process resulting in a great, immediate sale. We are more than pleased with the sale and closed in less than 30 days . Regina is one of the most outstanding agents we’ve had the pleasure of working with. She deserves more than five stars ??
