Merilee became like family to us during our selling and buying process. We put her through the ringer with changing our location, type of home that we would be purchasing, etc. Merilee supported us in our decisions and gave us sound and solid feedback and advice. When we were ready to list our home, Merilee gave us honest comps and advice for listing. She even helped us to clean and stage our home so that we could put our best foot forward. We received full asking price for our home and followed her advice during the entire process which allowed the transfer to occur smoothly without issue. We are happily in our new home now thanks to Merilee! She is one of the best in the business!!

Merilee was an amazing person to work with and ALWAYS had time for us no matter the circumstances. She always had our families safety, security and well being in mind in all situations we were presented with. When she gave advice on how or what to do to get the home ready to sell her vision was amazing. Will never use another realtor other than Merilee in the future.

Merilee was the best agent we have worked with and we have bought and sold a ton of houses. I can not recommend her enough. As first-time rental property buyers, this could have been a very stressful situation. Merilee was incredible through every step of the process. We will be working with her for all of our buying needs in the future. So thankful for her help.
