Once the decision was made, she worked the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new home in a seamless manner. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, caring and kind. I always knew that she had my best interest in mind. She showcased my home in the best possible way with beautiful pictures, flyover footage and an excellent MLS representation. It was under contract within a few days and closed in under 30 days. She continued her level of professionalism with the purchase of my smaller home and it closed shortly after the sale of my former home. Hanna has a very even keel temperament and that was very reassuring to me when selling and buying the biggest purchases I’ve ever made. During this process, she also went with me to discuss the possibility of building a home with at least 3 different builders. I’m not an indecisive person, but I know what I want and won’t settle. She gave me space when I wanted to pull back in the process and was ready to jump back in when I wanted to proceed. Hanna worked with me for more than 2 years in this process and then I found a smaller model home that I liked and she worked diligently to facilitate both the sale and purchase for me. As with most things in life, there were some hiccups in dealing with buyers and sellers, but she handled each and every one and was honest with me about expectations. I trust her.
