We live in SC and depended on Jody and Terry to assist us in selling our rental home in OH. It sold in one day and for more than it was listed. During the closing process, Jody assisted me with closing documents and the closing agents used were wonderful to work with since we had to do everything on-line, they were so helpful. If I had another property in Columbus, I would not hesitate to use Jody and her Team again!!
