Following my graduation from The Ohio State University with degrees in MIS, Marketing and Economics, I was offered a position with a small healthcare startup. Within couple of years, we grew the business into a multi-million dollar company and a serious specialty player in the Columbus market, and I eventually became its first chief operating officer. My wife and I live in New Albany and enjoy exploring the rapidly changing Greater Columbus area.

I am a full-time real estate investor, that specializes in distressed properties. Our primary focus are buy and hold properties with the occasional fix and flip. I am a graduate of the Ohio State University with degrees in Finance and Construction Management.

Joshua Anderson is an energetic, organized, hard working agent with high ethical standards, and his focus is ensuring his clients satisfaction. He grew up in the Columbus area, where he started his sales experience at the age of 16 working as a sales associate. While obtaining his Bachelors of Science degree, Joshua built his customer service and communication skills teaching individuals with disabilities, and now uses his experiences to serve every client. Joshua is a family man with a devotion to God, his amazing wife and children. He is an athlete by nature and loves to continually challenge himself. In his free time he enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with his family. He is committed to the process and making sure no detail is over looked. He has made a commitment to his real estate education and is actively being mentored by a highly respected real estate coach in the industry.
