As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

Esther was very patient with us as we spent over a year looking at houses. When we were in contract she paid close attention to details and ensured a smooth transaction.

Kim is was so amazing! She helped me design rehab and sell the perfect house! She managed everything for me since I am out of state. The home turned out beautiful and we had multiple offers selling it for over what I believed I could get. She was super pleasant and helped through a few challenging issues too! Thanks Kim.

As an older couple who reached the age where maintaining a large home surrounded by a busy yard became too much, we decided to downsize. We had never met Chris but had known about him for many years, having lived in the Olde Sawmill area and hearing about him from former neighbors. They advertised him as being very personable, knowledgeable, and very honest in the appraisal of their homes... the good and the bad. The neighbors were right. Our only regret was not contacting him two or three months before we anticipated putting our home on the market, allowing us the time to do some recommended repairs and cosmetics. I know Chris faced some frustrations, but he was very patient with us old folks. A week before the Open House we drove home from shopping to find Chris pruning trees and trimming bushes, on a hot July afternoon. He was drenched in sweat and smiling, with many Lawn & Leaf bags on the curb. That says it all. The house sold within two days. It sold for the asking price. Thank you, Chris.

Katrina helped us purchase a condo 5 years ago. Small budget, first time home buyers, young kids just starting to become successful adults, and yet Katrina always treated us like we were a priority and we found a perfect starter condo! 5 years later, we reached out once more because as our lives and successes grew, so did our need for space. We got our new home for below asking price, a great feat given the current home buying climate, and then we asked for her help once more in selling our condo and she got us MORE than our asking price! Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.
