As an older couple who reached the age where maintaining a large home surrounded by a busy yard became too much, we decided to downsize. We had never met Chris but had known about him for many years, having lived in the Olde Sawmill area and hearing about him from former neighbors. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments.
