Once I found a house I liked, he offered a lot of useful advice for putting together a bid that would win in a competitive market without overspending. Throughout the closing process, he explained each step and made sure I was clear on what to expect and what I needed to do. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful, responding quickly to messages with answers to questions and solutions to problems.
