Karen Smith is the best! 2022 is a tough market for buyers, and without Karen's advice and support, we could not have found our dream home. She is responsive, honest, and patient- the best traits of a phenomenal real estate agent. Karen is also extremely knowledgeable about the central Ohio housing market and local school districts. She was flexible in accommodating showings around our work schedules and leveraged her experience and connections to help us get additional insights into potential properties. On multiple occasions, Karen went far above and beyond the call of duty to assist us, even driving in a snow storm to give us our mailbox key after closing and offering helpful interior design tips. What should have been a stressful home-buying experience in a market with fluctuating interest rates and demand far exceeding supply, Karen's humor and sunny disposition made the process seem a lot less overwhelming, as she clearly had our best interests in mind.
