Amy was so responsive and knowledgeable throughout my search, I could not have done it without her. Her experience both as an agent and personal experience from flipping/renovating, she is able to point out all sorts of items that might need fixed or updated and has an idea of the price point, complexity, and a contact to do the work for you. Amy was so patient and helpful throughout, I can't imagine working with anyone else!
