Janie made our entire process extremely easy, and more importantly she made if feel safe and gave us confidence in our decisions. With her experience and knowledge not only on the real estate side but also on quality construction of homes we felt completely taken care of and looked out for during our home buying process. Janie made her self available for us anytime, going above and beyond to meet with us, answer questions and connecting us with many valuable resources for not only the buying process but for work to be done on our home after closing. We will happily recommend Janie Patterson and the Cutler real estate group to anyone.

She was very kind, knowleageable and very supportive!

Janie was able to negotiate a very fair deal with the buyer . Got the buyer to the closing on time, no problems. Highly recommend this young lady.

Leah was wonderful! We initially retained Leah as our buyer's agent. She understood our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect property. She made sure the contract covered us in every way, and she guided us through inspections and closing. Everything was perfect. We're now using Leah to sell our prior property.

Working with my realtor was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer our questions throughout the home-buying process. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and dedication to helping us find the right home. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their expertise and commitment to their clients made all the difference, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!

No surprises. All parts of the process was easy.
