Kim was an excellent advisor on what to offer for our new purchase and getting us tge best price for our sale, give market conditions. Again the house had a contract within a week of going on the market and sold at asking price. Her knowledge in staging and marketing made both sales extremely easy. In addition, the contract negotiation for the condo took place while she was on family vacation but she took the time to take care of us despite the fact she was on vacation. We appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her.
