He explained the entire process to us in great detail, which was so helpful as first-time buyers. Chris went above and beyond by negotiating with the builder to include new appliances for us. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us!
