Selling my home at 3905 Old Creek Crt. was one of the most emotional decisions I’ve ever had to make. It came at a time when I had just lost my Father, and I was torn between keeping the house or selling. My heart was heavy with grief and the absence of my Father made everything harder. Then Janice, Maya, Terri, Gina entered my life and everything changed. They approached the situation with compassion, professionalism and genuine care.Makings the process feel natural and manageable. They relieved my stress and anxiety and I truly felt supported every step of the way!! Thank for you thoughtfulness! I won’t Forget You!!

We have been working with Maya on a couple of different options. I love that when you see a house, she gives an honest opinion on her thoughts about condition, price etc without feeling the need to sugarcoat. Then she jumps on it with research that helps us make a good decision. We just closed on a purchase and she made it very seamless. Always available, prompt with reply and always patient. I’d highly recommend Maya to work with.

This is our third real estate transaction with Maya, the last two where right at the start of the pandemic where we simultaneously bought and sold a home where after every corner there seemed to be a new obstacle that we had to overcome. Maya navigated every single difficulty from that crazy and uncertain climate with ease and tenacity. Fast forward 3 years, other challenges, yet again she was able to adapt and help get through with ease. Once we were under contract, things executed without a hitch and wouldn’t hesitate to refer her to anyone looking for someone who knows how to navigate in the ever changing climate AND she is just an all around great person. 💯 would recommend to her a friend or family.
