Tyler comes in with a wealth of knowledge from the beginning offering detailed information that helped us sell our home quickly; as well as, locate a home that exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail was the difference. His honesty was key to our home receiving an offer within the first 4 days on the market. His team of professionals was also second to none...the photographer made our home look very appealing, the measure guy was quick to schedule and timely, the home inspector was the best... He even recommended a lender that was able to lower our interest rate and secure a larger loan than expected. Tyler went the extra mile throughout the process ensuring that we felt like we were his priority. He could be the most knowledgeable realtor that I have ever met. Tyler Huff did an amazing job! Not only did he fully market our house in a way that brought the most attention, he also went above and beyond when it came to assisting us while we were out of town to address some VA Appraisal items. Tyler kept us fully informed throughout the process and stayed on top of everything. I know he had other clients at the same time, but we always felt as though we were his only focus the entire time. Highly recommended! Great job Tyler and HTR!
