Tyler comes in with a wealth of knowledge from the beginning offering detailed information that helped us sell our home quickly; as well as, locate a home that exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail was the difference. His honesty was key to our home receiving an offer within the first 4 days on the market. His team of professionals was also second to none...the photographer made our home look very appealing, the measure guy was quick to schedule and timely, the home inspector was the best... He even recommended a lender that was able to lower our interest rate and secure a larger loan than expected. Tyler went the extra mile throughout the process ensuring that we felt like we were his priority. He could be the most knowledgeable realtor that I have ever met. Tyler was a pleasure to work with throughout our building process. He helped guide us while relocating from PA to NC and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. When it didn't, he was right there to get in front of a problem to get it resolved. Many times we reached out to him outside of normal hours and he was always responsive. He communicated thoroughly if he would be out of pocket handling another client, but always made us feel we were his top priority. Highly recommend, but remember, he has a big personality, which we adored!
