Chad is very patient and highly knowledgeable about Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Chad gave us ideas about beautiful hidden communities in North Raleigh; he pointed out things to lookout for with estimates of potential cost (he's a hands on realtor). He was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings.
