I have had many interactions with realtors over the past few years, however Amir stands out as the o

I have had many interactions with realtors over the past few years, however Amir stands out as the only one that I could trust that “ gets it”. Amir’s planning on how to deal with comps that traditionally have represented discounting and other homeowner’s that lower their price after a certain time on market allowed me to sell at list while neighbors cut their asking price after a few weeks. If you feel like your property is in a race to the bottom, you have to cut away from the typical madness and knee jerk reactions and talk with Amir for a better strategy.
