Philip was sure to not only answer and address our concerns, but was very knowledgeable on asking and bringing questions we would not have thought of, through his years of experience. In the end we are tremendously satisfied with our new home and we are very grateful that we had a gentleman and an experienced realtor on our side to guide us through the process.
