My experience with Ms. Landy was quite interesting she found me the perfect townhome to apply for a mortgage. My only concern I had is the advocating for me as much as I would have liked. I had to insert myself when the loan processor and team was not moving with haste with my unique situation. I felt she could have done more in my personal opinion, however she did a good job and I’m happy as the end result. The property also felt my grievances and assisted with more in my closing cost due to my unique circumstances.
Asiegbu did a great job as our Realtor. He Has a lot of attention with details and help us to purchase the house we couldn’t even imagine we would have today!! He is patient, he answered all our questions clearly and we couldn’t be more happy today! I highly recommend his services!!
Can’t recommend Asiegbu enough to anyone looking to buy/sell or rent your home! We were actually buying our second and he stuck with us through months of house searching, and then went above and beyond our every request once we did find the right place. He even helped extensively with renting our first home, providing us with a rock solid lease and everything! Can’t thank him enough for all his efforts getting us to that next level!
