Brandy was amazing and a huge help to us as we bought our first home. She is so kind, thoughtful, and hard-working. I have had many interactions with realtors over the past few years, however Amir stands out as the only one that I could trust that “ gets it”. Amir’s planning on how to deal with comps that traditionally have represented discounting and other homeowner’s that lower their price after a certain time on market allowed me to sell at list while neighbors cut their asking price after a few weeks.
