Alexandra is an exceptional realtor. She gave us guidance and knowledge with selling our home. She was accessible and willing to go the extra mile to assist us especially by us being out of town. She was great with communicating and giving updates. She has genuine care and concern. She made our transition as smooth as possible. Alexandra did an excellent job with staging our home. When it went on the market it was under contract within 2 days. As a buyer or a seller she would do a great job representing you as your realtor.

Alexandra is the best realtor I've worked with in my 6 years of real estate investing, buying and selling over 50 houses in the Asheville area in that time. She has an incredibly broad and precise knowledge base of the current market, market trends, accurate pricing, the best ways to stage and market a property. She takes the time to contact every showing agent for feedback and offer discussion, maximizing the impact of market time and exposure. She’s also amazingly attentive and responsive, taking her job more seriously than any other realtor I have ever worked with. She’s also pleasant, friendly, and a great negotiator on both sides of the table, able to pull deals together that would otherwise fall apart without her finesse and expertise. When I need to sell a house fast for top dollar, she and her partner Heather are my go-to team.

As a wholesaler who was new to the area, I was looking to work with an agent with knowledge of the local market and one who was familiar with the wholesaling process. Akexandra was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. Her communication throughout the sale was outstanding! I am very happy to recommend her.

Tom's ability to price, stage, market and ultimately sell our home was extraordinary all the way through. Quickly agreed in a reasonable price and the house was quickly staged and in the hands of agents within days. Excellent understanding and communication of each opportunity and final offers. We felt very comfortable with the tremendous effort and service Tom provided.

I have to be honest, when I was thinking about selling my house, I wondered if it would be awkward using a friend as an agent or being strictly business and using someone else. And as a former real estate agent myself, I admit I over analyzed it, but in the end went with my gut and called Tom. And in this crazy market which was peaking when I listed, I knew that I had to find another house in this wild market. Stress doesn’t even begin to describe the feelings that set in…but fortunately Tom hit the ground running and it was pretty effortless for us. Long story short, house sold basically in a day and we went into search mode. Tom was always available to show us properties and on the tenth one we struck gold and found the one. Somehow, some way, we won the bid and everything fell into place and we had back to back closings. We are happy as two clams in our new home.😁😁

Tom was very patient with us as we were trying to narrow our search for a new home. He kept at it. In the end we found a beautiful property. He helped us in every way to navigate the buying process. Then we sold our existing home with Tom. It sold quickly, at a great price, and without issues. Tom made it easy!
