Alexandra is the best realtor I've worked with in my 6 years of real estate investing, buying and selling over 50 houses in the Asheville area in that time. She has an incredibly broad and precise knowledge base of the current market, market trends, accurate pricing, the best ways to stage and market a property. She takes the time to contact every showing agent for feedback and offer discussion, maximizing the impact of market time and exposure. She’s also amazingly attentive and responsive, taking her job more seriously than any other realtor I have ever worked with. She’s also pleasant, friendly, and a great negotiator on both sides of the table, able to pull deals together that would otherwise fall apart without her finesse and expertise. When I need to sell a house fast for top dollar, she and her partner Heather are my go-to team.
