Tom's ability to price, stage, market and ultimately sell our home was extraordinary all the way through. Quickly agreed in a reasonable price and the house was quickly staged and in the hands of agents within days. Excellent understanding and communication of each opportunity and final offers. I have to be honest, when I was thinking about selling my house, I wondered if it would be awkward using a friend as an agent or being strictly business and using someone else. And as a former real estate agent myself, I admit I over analyzed it, but in the end went with my gut and called Tom. And in this crazy market which was peaking when I listed, I knew that I had to find another house in this wild market. Stress doesn’t even begin to describe the feelings that set in…but fortunately Tom hit the ground running and it was pretty effortless for us. Long story short, house sold basically in a day and we went into search mode. Tom was always available to show us properties and on the tenth one we struck gold and found the one. Somehow, some way, we won the bid and everything fell into place and we had back to back closings. We are happy as two clams in our new home.😁😁

He recommended that we ask the seller for things that we didn’t even know we needed. His relationship with a local builder allowed us to negotiate a price without having to enter a bidding war. And all the while he was upbeat, positive, fun and so enthusiastic about local real estate. He really is the BEST!
