Phillip went beyond the normal scope of duty as a real estate agent. I was out of country and he was going through a lot of issues in his personal life during this transaction, but he was always available via phone and email. He was there all the inspections we had and arranged every stuff I wanted to do. He also helped me to buy my new home and both of closings happened within 10 days. It was really a perfect situations Phillip helped me. I don't consider him as just an agent, I think of him as a great friend.

Steve came by our house after we had listed our home the first week by ourselves. He was very professional & gave us a few options if he were to be involved in our listing. My wife Tracy & I discussed it & decided to have him list our property. He was very helpful & involved in providing a list of comparable priced homes in our area/neighborhood & coming up with a fair price. He gave us some great recommendations for showing the property. He was passionate & timely on all our questions & concerns. We were able to sell our home in approximately 3 weeks.
