Ana became aware of my situation and, although she stood to gain nothing, helped me find someone to do an appraisal. When that sale did not go through and I decided to list, Ana was the only agent I contacted. Once I engaged Ana for the sale, she did a thorough and considerate job of preparing the listing, getting the house on the market and managing a very hectic showing schedule. Throughout the entire process, Ana and Dori proactively kept me informed of every step and were available to answer questions. They made the process smooth and uneventful, which is particularly important because this was a second home and I do not live in the area.
