His communication with the agent was excellent. Mark made an appointment with the listing agent and walked the property and did all his homework. Mark then helped us with an offer. And by the next day we reached an agreement. If you’re at all in the market to sell or purchase a home/property look no farther. Mark is thorough and professional. And most of all he is a man of integrity who can be trusted with your real estate needs!

It was fantastic working with Jason! He made our buying experience better than we could have ever expected. After almost a year of searching and failed offers, the perfect property came up that was listed by Jason. He took my call and immediately got me in to see the house. After I was in love with the property he guided me through the offer process and helped me get closer to obtaining my goal of owning a home. Not only is Jason an extremely down to earth nice guy, he has fantastic communication skills. Any question I had, Jason was right there with an immediate response answering anything I needed to know, and I had a lot of questions! Jason was also extremely up front and transparent with all contracts, so I always knew what I was signing. Even after we closed on our home, Jason frequently called to check in and see how things were going at the new house. I can’t thank him enough!!! 10/10 recommend!!!
