Working with Adrienne was truly a wonderful experience. When we decided to put our house on the market she made herself available, provided us will the necessary paperwork and recommended the listing price that, with the exceptional photo presentation made selling it in one day possible. After accepting the offer she continued to guide us through the paperwork, inspection and closing; it was flawless!!!

Made good recommendations for making my house more salable. Knew the market and what was reasonable to ask for my house based on similar houses and what was going on. Excellent photographs - my house got an offer within two days of the listing. She arranged all the people do do the work on the things found during the home inspection - I don't think anyone else does that. Was great at negotiating the final price. Have never had a better agent.
